We are looking for a High-Output SDR to fuel our growth. This isn't a customer service role or a passive lead-forwarding job. You are the tip of the spear—the first point of contact between a future client and their business-changing SEO strategy.
🛰️ Your Mission: Start the Conversation
Your sole responsibility is to find the right people, qualify their pain, and book high-quality sales calls for our closers. You aren't just filling a calendar; you are filtering for winners.
The Core Responsibilities:
- Precision Prospecting: Execute 100–120 dials and targeted touches daily across Cold Calling, Cold Email, and LinkedIn. Leads are provided, but the outcomes are yours to own.
- The Filter (Qualification): You don't book "curiosity seekers." You identify decision-makers, uncover their SEO pain points, and verify their urgency.
- The Perfect Handover: Ensure our closers walk into every meeting with deep intel. No surprises, no "no-shows," just qualified opportunities ready to talk business.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain a spotless pipeline in our CRM. We value data integrity as much as we value sales volume.
📊 Performance Benchmarks (The Standard)
We thrive on structure and clear expectations. You'll ramp into the role with a clear progression — here's what full performance looks like by Weeks 3–4:
- Dials: 100–120 per day
- Bookings: 8–10 qualified meetings per week
- Show Rate: 75%+
- Closer Disqualification Rate: ≤30%
- Base salary: $1400 - $1700
- Setter: 7,5% from closed sets (first order cash collected only, not recurring)
- Achieve 90% of monthly closed target and get an additional: 500 USD
- Achieve 100% and get an additional: 800 USD
- Achieve 110% and above get: 1500 USD
KPIs that matter: Meetings booked, Show-up rate, and Conversion-to-close.
