We are looking for a High-Output SDR to fuel our growth. This isn't a customer service role or a passive lead-forwarding job. You are the tip of the spear—the first point of contact between a future client and their business-changing SEO strategy.


🛰️ Your Mission: Start the Conversation


Your sole responsibility is to find the right people, qualify their pain, and book high-quality sales calls for our closers. You aren't just filling a calendar; you are filtering for winners.


The Core Responsibilities:


  • Precision Prospecting: Execute 80–150 touches daily across Cold Email and LinkedIn. Leads are provided, but the outcomes are yours to own.
  • The Filter (Qualification): You don't book "curiosity seekers." You identify decision-makers, uncover their SEO pain points, and verify their urgency.
  • The Perfect Handover: Ensure our closers walk into every meeting with deep intel. No surprises, no "no-shows," just qualified opportunities ready to talk business.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain a spotless pipeline in our CRM. We value data integrity as much as we value sales volume.

  • Daily: 10–20 meaningful conversations.
  • Daily: 5–10 qualified meetings booked (market-dependent).
