Your Mission: Strategy, Leadership, & Impact

As our Senior SEO Specialist, you are the bridge between raw data and market dominance. You arent just executing tasks; you are architecting the roadmap for our most ambitious clients and elevating the talent of our internal team.

Your Success KPIs:

• Client Growth: Achieving 25% organic growth for key accounts.
• Strategic Autonomy: Solving complex problems and identifying opportunities before they reach the founders.
• Team Uplift: Raising the "quality ceiling" of the entire SEO team through coaching and process refinement.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecting Strategy: Develop holistic SEO blueprints (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page) for diverse elite E-commerce brands.
• High-Level Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing persuasive, data-backed advice that commands respect.
• Team Orchestration: Assign and review the work of specialists and freelancers, ensuring every deliverable meets the "SpaceM Standard."
• Advanced Problem Solving: Tackle the "impossible" technical audits or complex migrations that junior staff can't crack.
• Process Evolution: Identify new tools, trends, and workflows to keep us two steps ahead of the competition.

• Strategic Vision: You dont just think in keywords; you think in market share.
